We realize that not everyone can be a hardcore player (>20-30hpw) and that some could spend a lot more than that. Its ok, we welcome all people, weather you spent 5 hours or 90, so long as you can be a “hardcore” role player.
You must understand however that those who spend more time in game will have more say about what direction the guild is going, as well as more weight when promotions are considered.
